Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information (if applicable).
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
Delivery Schedule
Our deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
You will receive a text message notification on the day of delivery using the phone number provided at checkout.
Local Delivery & Bulk Orders
For large or recurring wholesale orders, we may offer tailored delivery options. Please contact us directly to discuss logistics and pricing.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered within the United Kingdom.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging (if approved).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
